Welcome to PROFAB. We want you to have a positive shopping experience with us. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent. Please read the following carefully:
Terms & Conditions to Return:
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re here to help with our 5 day easy return policy. However, please note the following points before placing a return request.
1. The return request can be placed within 5 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product should be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and must have original invoice copy.
3. You cannot place a return or refund request of products on sale.
4. Our products like undies, dry mat, carrier nest, godadi/mat and gift sets are ineligible for return and exchange.
5. The return courier charges will be applicable to the customer.
How to initiate a return or exchange request
Once you receive the order, we request you to kindly inspect it and contact us within 5 days to place a return or exchange request. Kindly go through the terms and conditions mentioned above before returning the product.
To execute a return, kindly reach out to us [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange
- If you would like an exchange, please let us know which product you would like instead
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos of the item
- Pickup address and contact number
- Bank details in case of COD orders
Our team will get back to you via email in 3-5 working days. Please keep a check on your inbox for further updates. Please note that the shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
How Refund or exchange is processed
Refund
To process your refund, we first need to receive the item at our warehouse for a quality check. If your returned item meets our quality check we will issue the refunded amount on your original payment method in case of prepaid orders. In case of COD orders, we will send the refunded amount into your bank account which you have mentioned in the return request email. Please understand it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange
Once your returned item passes our quality check, we’ll promptly dispatch the exchange from our warehouse. You can expect to receive it within our standard delivery time of 5-8 days for domestic orders.
How can you cancel your order
If you’ve changed your mind after placing an order, no worries! Cancelling is simple and we’re here to guide you through the process.
To cancel your order, you can email us on [email protected] within 48 hours of placing the order. We will cancel your order from our end once we get your mail.
What to do when you receive damaged or wrong product
We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged! Don’t worry—just email us product details, clear image and unboxing video of the damaged/wrong product [email protected] and we’ll make sure to get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
